Roshan Acharya is member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. He also has B. Com degree from Madras University. He has experience of 10 years+ in auditing, risk & assurance with particular love for fast paced, high growth, international technology, hospitality related companies and automobiles industry.
His past experience includes service in M/s Singhvi, Dev and Unni, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore, India as Risk and Assurance Manager where he was involved in Internal Audit, Fraud Investigation, Process Mapping, SOX compliance for some of the renowned companies across globe like Infosys Technologies, TATA Group of Companies, Texas Instruments, Maini etc. He has served as Financial Controller for CG Corp Global (Hospitality division) whereby he successfully completed various hospitality projects in Nepal and in China.
He has served as Chief Manager –F&A in one of the leading automobile company in Nepal, where he was involved in system design and implementation.
